What You’ll Do :
- Attend deliveries and provide hands-on, compassionate NICU care.
- Manage NICU operations daily, from ventilator and nutrition management to lab reviews.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, working closely with families and the healthcare team.
- Offer newborn nursery coverage as part of our commitment to holistic infant care.
